No, prices listed are for the items only. Items that can be set up and torn down will prompt you - at this point you can add select set up and tear down option or decline it. Set up and tear down is a flat rate in almost all cases $1 for tables (includes set up and tear down / $0.50 for chairs (includes set up and tear down); some cases where contacting us would help as there might be an additional fee - off map dirt roads, event set up is not close to a road or road access (mountains/parks), late night pick ups etc. The travel fee listed includes both the delivery and pick up.

Pick a date and time, the time should be the time you want PLR to arrive, keep in mind on busy days arrival might be earlier than specified - please make a note in customer comments if delivery time is very specific (ie if you aren't allowed access to the venue until a certain time, parks, etc.). Proceed to select products, quantities, choose whether you need set up and tear down, fill in your event information, add helpful comments, and check out. Simple. Please keep in mind that your order is only active and items are only reserved after you checkout and reservations are paid for. You will receive an email confirmation along with a digital contract - feel free to sign digitally at time of purchase or at the time of the event. Expect a call 30 minutes before delivery when the guys are on their way!

No. We arrive early to set up so you get your entire rental time - specified on your contract. When booking online please select the time you want the guys to arrive, not the time the event starts.

That depends on how many rentals we have that day. Generally we arrive 1-3 hours before the rental time begins. If we have a lot of rentals that day, we may need to set up as early as 4 hours in advance. If this is the case, we will call a few days prior to confirm that someone will be at the party/event location. If there is a specific time for set up that is not flexible, we can work that out as well just please try to let us know in the "event info" or customer notes screen that specified time is not flexible. If you know your event time is not flexible please book early so we can work other orders around your event.
We can arrange for an after hours pick up for an additional fee - you can search for "late night" and add a late night pick up to your order. This can be anytime between 7pm and 1am, email us the time you need the rentals picked up and you will have an updated order confirmation with the specified "late night" time. Or you can always call us and we can add the late night pick up - thank you!

Yes, we press and dry clean all our tablecloths.
Either you or someone else can pick up your order. They will need to know what name it is booked under and settle any remaining balance owing on the account.

There is a fee for same day tear down without notice, but we understand situation arise, a phone call will help us plan for this but we will try our best to accommodate. If you decide you need set up and tear down after placing an order, feel free to call the office at 303.319.4901 or email us at Office@PartyLifeRents.com and we will add it on for you.
We love setting up at parks but most parks do require some form of reservations and permits. We only handle the rental aspect. The customer will need to take care of the park accommodations and have an understanding of what is permitted. If your event is past 6pm, there is an additional after hours pick up fee. Please call us to schedule a pick up time later than 6pm.
Our 20x20 tents are very versatile and can used to make different shapes. If you are setting up on grass please just select "grass" as the surface set up on the 3rd check out screen. If setting up on concrete of a surface where we cannot stake the tents down, please just select "Canopy Concrete" on the surface set up section. There is also Canopy Concrete 1, 2, 3, 4, etc. in case you have more than one tent needing to be set up on concrete. Each concrete set is 1200 lb of weight, so please understand the additional fee for loading and unloading, and install with these - Thank you!

If you have missing or damaged items upon return, you will be informed as soon as possible after your event. If any missing items can be located after the event, we ask that you try to return them within 48 hours. You will be charged the full replacement cost for any items that cannot be located and all damaged / broken items less the damage waiver fee. Please see Damage Waiver information below.
Reductions in quantities of up to 20% of the original number can be made without penalty no later than 30 days prior to your event. Reductions in quantities greater than 20% and/or reductions of any amount made within 14 days of your event are subject to a penalty of 50% of the total rental rate of the cancelled item(s) plus taxes.
Cancellations can be made 5 days prior to your event for a full refund less the damage waiver fee. Cancellations within 5 days of the event will receive a rain check. Rain checks can be used as a dollar amount for any future event.

We wash all dishes, glassware and linen upon return. We do ask that you scrape or rinse the plates free of any food and empty the glasses. Dinnerware should be returned "dishwasher ready". We ask that you do not wash any linens.
Most food stains will not incur extra charges. There will be an extra cleaning charge for any wax, excessive grease, ink and/or hard to remove stains. We will charge a replacement fee for any linen that has burn and/or staple holes, mildew, permanent stains, and any missing linen or laundry bags. Please do not attempt to launder any linens on your own as this may cause any stains to become permanent.

Check out our items, all tables list the number of people that can be seated and the dimensions of the items. Additional items can be added to order as long as the items are available. These items will be billed separately and you will get an updated receipt.
We can set up on grass, dirt, asphalt, and concrete. We have concrete and water weights for various surfaces and wind conditions up to 20MPH - for pop up tents please specify in the customer comments the preference on weight type. Sorry, we can't set up on any type of rocks or steep hills.
The concrete weights for the 20x20 tent is an additional $180 for each set up 1200lb weights. This option can be selected at check out. If you have more than one canopy tent, please select how many sets are needed (1, 2, 3, etc.)

You (the customer) are responsible for returning rental items in the same condition in which they were received, except for ordinary wear and tear. You are liable for the replacement cost of damaged or lost items. The Damage Waiver is mandatory with this rental transaction to protect you from damage due to accidental breakage. No loss of any type will be covered.
The Damage Waiver is available for a fee of 5 percent of your total rental order. Customer is responsible for all charges relating to loss or damage to rental items under any circumstance. The damage waiver is not a refundable item.
Orders totaling up to $400.00 will be eligible for coverage of up to twenty-five percent of the total rental cost. Any damage over twenty-five percent of the total order will be charged at fifty percent of replacement costs.
Orders totaling more than $400.00 are eligible for coverage of the first $100.00 of replacement value. Any damage over $100.00 will be charged at fifty percent of replacement costs.

Coverage for damage due to neglect, abuse or misuse. If deemed necessary by the rental company, you agree to furnish a police report upon their request.

Any type of loss of rented items or accessory equipment.
Overloading or exceeding the rated capacity of equipment.
Use of electrical current provided by other than an electric utility.
Operation/use of equipment in a manner different from its intended purpose, or damage resulting from neglect and/or abuse.
Tampering with items or equipment that we have installed such as tents, dance floors or staging.
Tampering with gas or electric appliances.
Any loss of linen, linen bags, or other fabrics.
Any damage rendering the linen un-rentable such as (but not limited to): burns, tears, permanent stains, etc.
